All Mobile Food Vendors (MVF) must complete an application with the Business Office.
Annual Vendor Permits require an in-person fire safety inspection be completed by a PFD Fire Inspector. All permits end at midnight on December 31st of each year; and must be renewed yearly.
Special Event Permits and Test Market Permits require a MFV Fire Safety E-Form be submitted in lieu of an in-person fire safety inspection. MFV units are subject to an in-person inspection on the date(s) of the event. MFV Fire Safety E-Form
