The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) hears appeals, variances, special exceptions, zoning map boundaries, and zoning ordinance interpretations. The Board usually meets on an as-needed basis scheduled on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. The Board consists of five members serving three-year terms.
Meetings of the Industrial Development Board are held on an as-needed basis. This Board is composed of a minimum of seven members serving six-year terms, in order to promote and encourage economic development.
The Planning Commission meets regularly on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, to make recommendations on zoning and developments. The Commission consists of nine members serving three-year terms.
Meetings of the Health & Educational Facilities Board are held on an as-needed basis. This Board is composed of a minimum of seven members serving six-year terms in order to help facilitate the preservation, growth, and development of associated services.
