A detention pond was created on Richland Park property to accommodate development on and adjoining property near Jim Courtney Rd. Currently the City of Portland has exhausted its need for the remaining excavated soil and is ready for removal from the property. It has been determined by resolution (No. 23-89) that licensed and insured commercial contractors request to remove the soil from the property and will be allowed to do so on a first come first served basis.
