Shut off for Non-Payment
Water and Natural Gas services will be reconnected only during the times listed and you must be present for the services to be turned on. Per Ordinance 22-05, Reconnection of Services and Non-Payment Fees Services will be reinstated only during times listed below:
- Monday through Friday: 8 am to 4:30 pm at $50 Fee
- Monday through Friday: 4:30 to 7 pm at $100 Fee
- Saturday and Sunday (including holidays): 8 am to 4:30 pm at $150 Fee
Notes
- Failure to receive a bill does not relieve customer of payment and penalty
- If reconnect is after regular business hours you must show proof of payment on Xpress Bill Pay
- If payment is made online on the cutoff day or after services have been disconnected for non-payment you must notify the Business Office about the payment; failure to do so could extend the cutoff period
