Portland Regional Planning Commission
Established by Ordinance #112 in 1963 - Governed by TCA Chapter 3 - Section 13, and bylaws
written in accordance with TCA and adopted by the Portland Regional Planning Commission on January 28, 2002. Terms of members appointed by the Mayor are for three (3) years each. The term of the Mayor (or his delegate) and the term of the City Council's representative run concurrently with their term of (elected) office.
