This program recognizes individuals and businesses that have made significant contributions to the City of Portland Parks Department facilities or programs, through service or donations. This year, nominations will be accepted in the categories of staff, contributors and volunteers. Nomination applications can be submitted by the general public, civic groups, staff, committees and boards. Members will be honored with a plaque displayed at the offices of the Parks Department, and biographical information in a book available for public viewing.


Nomination applications will be accepted from April 1 through June 1, 2011. Applicant requirements, general information on the program, and nomination applications can be picked up at the Parks Department.
