What are all those Blue Flags in the City of Portland?
The City is in the process of changing out
"Water" & "Gas" Meters to New Automated Meters.
The BLUE FLAGS have been placed to locate water meters.
For the next couple of Months, workers from American Utility Contractors will be in your area changing out the meters.
During the change-out process, you may notice an interruption in your water & gas service.
Please be aware this interruption will be brief as possible.
Thank YOU for your cooperation during this process.
